Privacy Policy

GoInvoice is designed to keep your business and client data private. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. By using GoInvoice you agree to this policy.

Who we are

GoInvoice is published by Web Success. You can reach us at contact@websuccess.ma for any privacy question or request.

Your data stays on your device

Your business profile, clients, invoices, estimates, and the PDFs you generate are stored only on your device. We do not upload, transmit, collect, sell, or have any access to them. They are never sent to our servers — we don't operate any server that receives your content.

What we never collect

We do not require an account. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or photos, and we never upload your invoices, estimates, or clients. We do not use advertising, the advertising identifier (IDFA), or any cross-app or cross-website tracking, and we do not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not track you.

Analytics and crash reporting

To understand how the app is used and to fix problems, we use Google's Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. These collect anonymous, aggregated usage events (for example, which screens are opened) and crash diagnostics, tied only to a random identifier the app generates — never your name, your clients, or the contents of your documents. Firebase is configured without the advertising identifier (IDFA), so this is analytics, not cross-app tracking. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple through your App Store account — we never see your card or payment details. To manage entitlements (knowing whether your subscription is active) we use RevenueCat, Inc. as our subscription provider. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated app user ID and your purchase receipt from the App Store; it does not receive your name, your clients, or your documents. Photo access

The app requests photo-library access only when you choose to add a business logo. The image is used on-device to brand your documents and is not collected by us. You can change this permission anytime in iOS Settings.

Sharing documents

When you share or email an invoice or estimate, you choose the recipient and channel through Apple's standard share sheet. We are not party to that transmission and do not receive a copy.

Data retention and deletion

Because your data lives only on your device, you are in control: delete a document or client in the app, or delete the app, to remove its data. Subscription records held by Apple and RevenueCat are governed by their respective policies.

Children's privacy

GoInvoice is a business tool not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
